How does this membership compare to other mobility training options in terms of cost and value?

We are Functional Range Systems Instructors who certify individuals in kinstretch and FRC around the world. You're getting instruction straight from the experts who train the trainers. So, you can rest assured that the quality of coaching you receive is top-notch.

Will this training be adaptable if I have specific injuries or physical limitations?

It depends on the type and severity of your injury. Often, our students use this training to better manage and cope with current and past injuries. However, we don’t want to replace in-person professional medical therapy, which can be a valuable tool.

How quickly will I start seeing results from this program?

While everyone’s body responds differently to exercise, many of our members begin to notice improvements in their strength and mobility within the first few weeks.

You can decide the pace and frequency of your training that fits your lifestyle best. Remember, consistency is key to seeing improvements.

What if I need additional guidance or have questions during the program?

Will this program interfere with my current workout regimen or other physical activities I participate in?

Kinstretch can fit into any current training program and be integrated before, during, or after any training sessions. In Learn Mobility, we teach you how to moderate intensity so you can incorporate the drills into your lifestyle and physical pursuits.

Is this training suitable for my age and fitness level?

Absolutely! Our Membership is tailored to benefit individuals of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.


We provide clear instructions and modifications, along with pre-made customizable programs for both beginner and advanced practitioners to tailor their training to specific joint focus or training frequency.

Do I need any special equipment?

No special equipment or gym membership is required.

All exercises are designed to be performed at home with minimal equipment such as yoga blocks and/or tennis balls. However, we do recommend other pieces of equipment in some of our classes, either for advanced practitioners or to modify certain positions. A PDF with this equipment list is available for download inside.

Is there a possibility to try the membership before I commit?

Absolutely! We offer a 7-day free trial period so you can experience the benefits first-hand before committing to full membership.
