Description of Service
These Terms of Services are applicable to all users of Learn Mobility’s online media and content distribution services, including its website, video streaming services, mobile and desktop applications, and TV apps (individually and collectively the “Services”). These Terms govern your use of the Services, including all functionalities, features, streaming services, audio, visual, written media, PDFs, website links, user interfaces, and all content and software associated with the Services as provided by Learn Mobility.
Acceptance and Changes to Terms
Learn Mobility shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Service without notice or liability to you. Any changes shall take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services following changes constitutes your acceptance of all such changes.
Access and Use of Service
Users accessing the Services must be at least thirteen (13) years of age. Users registering for the Services and uploading User Generated Content must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Learn Mobility makes no claims that the Services may be lawfully accessed in any specific location. When you access the Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
Account Misuse and Fraud
Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or accessing the Services under an alias for the purpose of copying, recording, or extracting content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and immediate account termination without refund.
Your Conduct
The Services may be used only for lawful purposes relating to streaming and related materials. You may not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Services, including, without limitation:
(a) accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account you are not authorized to access,
(b) probing or testing system vulnerabilities,
(c) interfering with service to any user or network,
(d) scraping or harvesting data, or
(e) using robots, automation, or scripts to collect or misuse Learn Mobility content.
You are solely responsible for your conduct in the community forum. We expect all users to treat others with respect and professionalism.
Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of any individual or organization using Learn Mobility content without authorization, please notify us immediately at team@learnmobility.com. We take violations of our intellectual property seriously and will act swiftly to address them.
User Information
You are solely responsible for the information you input or upload to the Services and warrant that you have the right and authorization to do so. Learn Mobility reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether your use of the Services complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Username / Password / Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and all activities under your account. You agree to immediately notify Learn Mobility of any unauthorized use of your account.
Use of Services
The Services are provided for streaming Learn Mobility content and related materials.
Learn Mobility grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Recording and Copying Prohibited
Users are strictly prohibited from recording, copying, downloading, or otherwise capturing Learn Mobility video or audio content by any means, including but not limited to screen recording, third-party software, or external devices. Any such actions constitute copyright infringement and a violation of these Terms.
Educational License Limitation
All Learn Mobility classes, programs, and materials are provided for educational and personal development purposes only. Purchase or membership access does not grant any license or rights to teach, reproduce, or distribute Learn Mobility material.
Access to Services – Subscriptions & Purchases
The Services may allow you to access digital content through subscription, rental, or purchase. Subject to your payment of applicable fees, Learn Mobility grants you a limited right to view content for personal use only.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
There is a strict “No Refund” Policy. No exceptions will be made.
Payments & Billing
By purchasing a plan, you expressly agree that Learn Mobility is authorized to charge your selected payment method for all associated fees.
Your subscription will continue unless canceled by you or terminated by Learn Mobility.
Intellectual Property
Learn Mobility and any related trademarks, trade names, and branding are and shall remain the exclusive property of Learn Mobility.
The Services — including all programs, videos, written materials, class structures, graphics, and resources — are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other countries.
Users may not sell, modify, reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use Learn Mobility content in any way for any purpose beyond personal, non-commercial viewing.
Redistribution and Commercial Use Prohibited
Users may not republish, teach, redistribute, or otherwise use Learn Mobility content — in whole or in part — for commercial or instructional purposes, including but not limited to group classes, online memberships, workshops, or educational products, without express written consent from Learn Mobility.
Enforcement and Termination of Access
Learn Mobility reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion if it determines that the user has violated these Terms, including engaging in unauthorized copying, teaching, or distribution of Learn Mobility content.
Such termination may occur without prior notice and without refund of any fees paid.
Learn Mobility reserves the right to pursue any and all available legal and equitable remedies, including damages and injunctive relief, to prevent further misuse of its intellectual property.
Social Networking
Users may have the option to share links and content through social networking platforms. Such activity is at the user’s own risk and subject to the terms of those platforms.
Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that any Learn Mobility content has been used or reproduced without authorization, please contact Learn Mobility’s designated copyright agent at team@learnmobility.com with all required information as outlined under the U.S. Copyright Act.
Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Learn Mobility, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maryland for any disputes arising under or related to these Terms.
Medical / Liability Waiver
Participation in Learn Mobility content requires good physical condition.
Learn Mobility is not a licensed medical provider and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. The content provided is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before participating in any exercises or programs.
By engaging with Learn Mobility content, you affirm that you are in sound physical health and release Learn Mobility and its agents from any claims or causes of action related to your participation.
