MoveStrong is our most structured training experience yet inside the Learn Mobility Membership. A 12-week journey that blends mobility and strength into one clear path. You’ll build tissue-specific strength, move with better control, and feel the difference in every rep, every joint, every week.

How We Built It

MoveStrong wasn’t thrown together—it was carefully built from the ground up. Over weeks of planning, testing, and refining, we pulled together the best elements of strength and mobility training into one cohesive system. We listened to feedback from our members, leaned on our years of coaching experience, and designed each phase with clarity, purpose, and adaptability in mind.

You’ll train three strength days a week, supported by two Kinstretch classes that target joint function, mobility, and recovery. Everything is planned out for you—from the training days to the class pairings to your printable log sheets and tracking calendar. All you have to do is show up, follow the plan, and log your progress. We’ve removed the guesswork so you can focus on building consistency, movement quality, and long-term strength.
